| Bring Your Group to the Babler Outdoor Education Center The Babler Outdoor Education Center (OEC) is a 300-acre retreat in Babler State Park that offers outdoor education and recretaion opportunities tailored to meet your group's needs. The large, heated facilities and outdoor setting accommodate large day groups or overnight groups of up to 136 participants, making the OEC an ideal location for meetings, field trips, retreats and campouts.
