Track and Field Instructional Program - All New Format! Rockwood Track and Field instructional program is committed to teaching the sport to young people while making it fun. It’s a low-key, but challenging program for all abilities.Introducing kids to the fun of running at a young age is an exciting way to help them develop healthy habits that they will stick with for life. The athletes will practice twice a week (over 24 hours of instruction) and participate in two informal meets throughout the season (one of them will be on July 20).Athletes will have the option to register to become a USATF member and participate in the local USATF Championship in June.
