Cancellation A $3 processing fee will be charged for all refunds for programs with a registration fee up to $100. An additional $3 will be added per each additional $100 increment of registration fee. You must call and cancel at least five business days prior to the start of the class/program to be guaranteed a refund. Cancellation of classes/programs will be at the discretion of the Rockwood Community Education department.
Returned Payment The charge of $25.00 for any payment returned dur to insufficient funds or closed accounts will be assessed.
