Cancellation A $3.00 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. You must call and cancel at least five business days prior to the start of the class/program to receive a refund. Full refunds are given if a class/program is cancelled. Cancellation of classes/programs will be at the discretion of the Rockwood Community Education office.
Returned Payment A charge of $25.00 for any payment returned due to insufficient funds or closed accounts will be assessed.
